CUSTOM JUNKIES is a UK based garment decorator and clothing manufacturer. We work with a range of clients from start-ups, established brands, merch suppliers and corporate sectors. We put an emphasis on sustainability and champion British quality manufacturing.
GARMENT DECORATION
Screen printing is perfect for volume work and specialist effects such as puff, foil, flock and reflective effects. As well as traditional plastisol inks, we offer discharge or water-based for a soft handfeel. Digital printing is perfect for low quantities and complex multi-colour prints on light or dark garments. There are no set-up costs and an exceptionally soft handfeel. We also offer embroidery in-house.
Wash house
Our UK based dye-house is one of a kind; offering unlimited effects such as tie-dye, acid wash, over dye, spin dye and many more. We use non-toxic pigment dyes which are suitable for applying to blank T shirts or sweats. Over dyes or white washes are perfect to create washed-out vintage feel to tees, sweats and hoodies.
Fabric printing
Using the most up to date machinery available, we offer roll printing on natural fibres or man-made fabrics. Roll printing is available from just a few metres minimum without set-up costs. This is low water waste, plus uses eco-cert inks, making the whole process eco-friendly and sustainable.
GARMENT Manufacture
UK based bespoke clothing manufacture using locally milled fabrics allows your brand to confidently state your products are ethically sourced and 100% 'Made in Britain'. We can create totally unique, made to order, white label garments. Low MOQ, short lead times and the opportunity to visit the factory in Leicester is a benefit of using a UK operation.
