When brands look for sustainable clothing, we often ask what exactly do you require in terms of sustainability?

The main starting point for many is the materials themselves. We can supply organic cotton, which is milled in the UK into super premium jerseys (for T Shirts) and loopbacks (for sweats, hoodies and joggers). As we knit these from scratch you are able to select the gsm (weight / thickness) and finish of the fabrics. We also can Pantone match dye, or add a more eco-friendly pigment dye to your supplied colour reference. 

Our CMT unit (cut & sew factory) is also based in Leicester, and is fully audited. By using a ‘local’ factory it means you can have on-site visits to see the items be made, as well as who makes them!

Once the garments themselves are produced, add environmentally friendly decoration such as water-based screen prints or DTG digital printing, which has no screen set-ups and a low MOQ. 

Our manufacturing minimums start at just 200 units (which can be a mix of sizes), which is  considerably lower than many overseas factories. We aim to be as flexible as possible, meaning we can work with sales models such as pre-sales after sampling, or quick replenishments. 

As every process is done in one place- Leicester in the East Midlands, UK, the carbon footprint is very low, compared to overseas manufacture. It also means your sampling and delivery is much faster than off-shore production.
